Playaway Launchpads
Eligibility:
Cardholders in good standing are eligible to check out a Playaway Launchpad. Only two devices per family may be checked out at a time.

How do I check out a Playaway Launchpad?
Those that wish to check out a Launchpad may either stop by the library or use the online catalog to place a hold (search ‘Playaway Launchpad’ in the catalog) and check it out just like any other item.

Loan Period / Availability
Launchpads may be checked out for 2 weeks and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, you may place holds on the Launchpads, but the library cannot guarantee their availability for a specific date or time. Launchpads are able to be renewed once as long as there are no holds from other library users.

How do I return it?
Launchpads must be returned to a staff member at the Eglin Digital Library. You must return the Launchpad with all parts (Launchpad tablet, carrying case, and protective bumper, adapter, and USB cord).

Liability:
Borrowers are responsible for the device and the return of all items included in the case. The device is to be returned to the library in good-working condition. The library will not clear stored data from the Launchpad and is not responsible for personal information left on the device.
